Description: We were instructed to carry out a full building Energy Performance Certificate on a Stately care home in Lanarkshire Scotland. 2,370 Square Meter Facility incorporating En Suite Bedrooms, Communal Areas, Kitchen and Lounges. This facility also required a Section 63 assessment.
