Project: Provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Location: 78-90 Argyle Street, 5-17 Queen Street, Glasgow
Description: We were instructed to carry out 10 x Energy Performance certificates on the property within Glasgow City Centre. The site is made up of 2 separate but adjoining buildings. Every Site had to be individually inspected. Investment client needed the suite of surveys for leasing purposes.
