About Us
The Certificate Lab provides EPCs and related energy compliance services for residential and commercial clients. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to take full ownership of our inbound enquiries, quotes, and job allocation.
You’ll be the link between our clients and our surveyors, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally.
The Role
As Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Manage all inbound enquiries (phone, email, website leads).
- Prepare and send quotes using our pricing templates.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and improve conversion rates.
- Allocate confirmed jobs to our surveyors/assessors and track progress.
- Update CRM/spreadsheets with job details and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure reports are issued on time and clients receive a smooth service.
- Handle basic aftercare, including payment follow-up and customer support.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills – friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
- Organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once.
- Sales experience (bonus, but not essential – training provided).
- Admin/coordination experience in a service-based business is an advantage.
- Comfortable with using email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
